I attended this gym in 2 different sprints of membership over the years and both times were great! The quality of the classes, the coaches, the energy, the space - it’s a great way to stay active and engaged with your fitness. Options for AM and PM, which was huge bonus for me too! Shoutout to Charles, Roy and Catia for always leading a great class.

Absolutely amazing gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially if you're like me and new to the gym. They do a wonderful job of building a feeling of community. I've always felt very comfortable going unlike other gyms I've been to.

I initially signed up as a temporary member for 5 classes. After taking 2/3 classes with Andrea I really can’t believe how much I could really push myself at 8:15pm! Her classes are enthusiastic, motivating, and without a doubt one of the best exercises I’ve ever done. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to sculpt abs for the summer!!

This place is family. When you question yourself they remind you to stop. It is a place for your goals with encouragement, support, correction, challenge, and purpose. Accept all those things and you’ll fit right in. Never say one day… instead, start with Day ONE. I started with just kickboxing but this place has evolved into a gym that covers more than any other I know. Strength classes, boxing, Animal Flow mobility classes, TRX bands, weights, boxing, and more. It’s a family....
