The Young Athlete Strength Training Program is designed for athletes ages 12–19 who want to improve strength, speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Over six weeks, athletes will learn proper lifting technique, movement fundamentals, core strength, and conditioning in a safe, coach-led environment.
With small group sizes and expert instruction, participants build the confidence, discipline, and physical foundation needed to excel in sports and everyday life.
